Collection of delinquent taxes by distress, personal judgment or sale. - James Morani, Town Manager (VIDE020.02-30.51) Mr. Morani advised Council that amendments have been made to the Ordinance to include publication of delinquent accounts and the provision of forwarding delinquent accounts to the Town attorney or a collection agency. An Ordinance of the Council for the Town of Abingdon, Virginia proposing a budget amendment for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2021 and ending June 30, 2022, to include additions to revenue from federal funds received through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) in the amount of $4,081,156.00. -Steve Trotman, Director of Finance (38:20 - Mr. Trotman advised Council that this Ordinance recognizes that the Town of Abingdon, Virginia received Federal funds through the American Rescue Plan Act on June 30,2021; however there were no expenditures, and funds were carried over to this fiscal year. Mr. Owens suggested that Exhibit A, Section 3B On motion of Mrs. Pillion, seconded by Mr. Owens, authorized the Town Manager to execute the non-professional services agreement with Old Glade Antique Tractor : James Morani, Town Manager (VIDEO 42:38-4 45:20) bere removed since the Town sold those items.
