A. WELCOME - Mayor Webb B. ROLL CALL Members of Council Present:  Mike Owens Amanda Pillion Donna Quetsch, Vice Mayor Derek Webb, Mayor  C.P PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE- Councilmember Mike Owens D. APPROVAL OF AGENDA (VIDE01:39-2:15)  On motion of Mrs. Pillion, seconded by Mrs. Quetsch, adopted the agenda as  presented. APPOINTMENT OF NEW INTERIM COUNCIL MEMBER (VIDE02:17-5:44)  On motion by Mr. Owens, seconded by Mrs. Quetsch, appointed Dwyane Anderson as Interim Council member to serve until a successor. has been elected and qualified to serve at the special election in November. F.A APPOINTMENT OF NEW TOWN MANAGER (VIDE05:47-7:36)  On motion by Mr. Owens, seconded by Mrs. Pillion, moved that pursuant to Sections 4.2 and 4.10 oft the' Town Charter, the Council appointed Michael A. Cochran as Town Manager effective June 13, 2022 at 8:00 am. I further move that Council authorize the Mayor to endorse an Employment Agreement with Mr. Cochran. Further moving that at that time, Earl Mathers will be relieved of his appointment as Interim Town Manager, but  he will remain until June 15, 2022, in a consulting capacity.
