Quarterly report from Abingdon Police Department Chief Jon Holbrook provided Council with a quarterly report stating that his officers are the Town's biggest asset, at third School Resource Officer through a grant from last year and gave statistics regarding various traffic and criminal matters. Town Manager Mike Cochran encouraged everyone to attend the upcoming Virginia Highlands Festival and toj participate in the Town-wide yard sale in August.
