Main St. advertising the entryway to the shared parking area of Sweet Bay Brewing Company, Assistant Town Manager and Director of Community Development Mayana Rice stated the Planning Commission voted unanimously to approve the application as presented with the conditions placed on thej property, the staff and thel Planning Commission requested al 15-foot-wide easement and a 24-foot-wide easement at different locations on the property. The applicants have agreed to those easements' widths sO that portion of the project has been moved forward. The otheritem, al lighting plan tos show wherel lights have alsol been submitted.
