85 September 2022  Town of Windsor Board Members:  For the month of August: Iwas organizing my office for September, it's when people can come in and apply for the STAR or any exemption. My window to apply for any exemption is after September 1st but before March 1st. Iwas getting all the new forms ofi irate taxpayers. A lot of people want to apply for Enhanced STAR. Some others are upset that their tax bill went up: sO much, but they never came int to talk to me when they got their change of assessment notice in May either.
