We have also served a notice for a zoning violation. This office generally issues violations while responding to residents  complains.  I'd like to again remind residents about obtaining al building permit when warranted, and when they' re not sure, please call our office for clarification. Unpermitted work always shows up in a property title search during a sale and projects that are not code compliant can be dangerous to all involved.
