TOWN OF WINDSOR CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER  124 Main Street Windsor, New York 13865 Telephone (607)655-3118  Richard Osborne Code Enforcement Officer Town of Windsor  Report for Town Board Meeting for March  2023  Month started out slowly, but we ended issuing 5 total permits. 2 of the 5 building permits were to satisfy violation notices that were issued for  building without a permit.  1 permit renewal 1 unattached garage  1 roof over existing deck  We are still working on several zoning and property maintenance issues to various degrees  of success.  I've met with the zoning and planning boards to try and start possibly upgrade or redefine  several reccuring issues.  One of the biggest problems that I seem to have is tracing down ownership of some of the  properties violations.  that  experience  maintenance
