April7, 2023  Town of Windsor Board Members:  For the month of March and early part of April, I was extremely busy finishing up  all the exemptions and all my assessment work. (New construction, reassessing land and I'm in the process of putting my final assessments on the turbines, cables and access roads. I'm still waiting on the county to give me my splits and combinations. Inormally have them by now butl Idon't. Ihave attached the list of the assessmentslhave doneso  houses)  far.
