TOWN OF WINDSOR CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER  124 Main Street Windsor, New York 13865 Telephone (607)655-3118  Richard Osborne Code Enforcement Officer Town of Windsor  Town board Building Report April 2023  April started out as a slow month, but as temperatures increased, so did the issuance of  permits.  1.2 Storage barns/buildings 2.1 Demolition permit 3.1 Permit renewal 4.3 residential additions 5.3 new decks or replacements  6.1 single family residence (on hold waiting for  septic design) 7.1 swimming pool  8.1 lean to garage addition  3 of the permits that were issued were for building code violations of construction without a building permit. Several projects are starting to work their way through  the planning and zoning boards.  We have been working with the boards to address several issues with our zoning books to update and include  changes that have been adopted.
