Permit renewal 2. Residential demolition 3.2 manufactured homes 4.3 swimming pools 5.4 prefabricated garages 6.1 garden shed 7.1 single family home 8.2 deck projects  Office has been extremely busy with activity for Hills of Windsor project. I have been helping the clerk with submitting paperwork to the necessary agencies for review. There is a new proposal for a stone quarry on Beaver Lake Road near Beaver Lake. Activity on site has the residents at the lake concerned about quality of life and possible environmental issues with the lake. I've been in contact with the DEC in Syracuse, I keep getting conflicting directions as to what is permitted and the proper sequence to legally operate. As I've mentioned previously, this is an item that needs attention by the board. Another issue that was brought to our attention is hazardous buildings after a structure fire. The fire department personnel requested we look into possibly having an excavation company or person that would be able to raze dangerous buildings and assist with  extinguishing hot spots after the fire event.
