TOWN OF WINDSOR CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER  124 Main Street Windsor, New York 13865 Telephone (607)655-3118  Richard Osborne Code Entorcement Officer Town of Windsor  Town board Building Report August 2023  Activity is continuing to increase, 18 permits  were issued  1.2 driveway permits 2.2 pole barns  3.1 residential demolition 4.4 additions or home remodeling 5.8 new decks or replacements 6.1 pellet stove inspection  I've been working with other departments on various zoning issues such as updates to the code book. We have several residents filing for variances to existing zoning items. Stone quarry activity is still occupying quite a bit of my  time.
