October 24, 2023  Town of Windsor Board Members:  The month of October has been a blur. Ever since Isent out the letters notifying all the taxpayers that were on the STAR exemption program to switch to the STAR credit program, Ihave been swamped. After a couple days of either answering the phone non stop or helping people, I1 finally put al lengthy message on my voicemail sO people would stop leaving me a voicemail and started to come ini to see me. I've been helping people sign up for the STAR credit program online. Inormally have al line everyday. It normally takes between 5 to 10 mins to sign up for the STAR credit program. Alot of my seniors are extremely grateful to have me for their assessor. No other assessor would do this. Why not help my seniors and gett them more money to help pay their school bill.
