February 5, 2024  Town of Windsor Board Members:  For the month of December, Iwas busy taking in all exemptions (Enhanced STAR, Low Income Senior, Veterans, Disability, Forest and Agricultural Exemptions) during the week and inputting all the exemptions into the computer. Itook some time off around the For the month of January, was extremely busy. Idid 4 apportionment letters. Apportionment letters are taxpayers that have split up their parcel after March 1st and they want their tax bill split up. Ihave also done the Millennium Pipeline and Bluestone Wind LLC Fire district bill letter. Millennium Pipeline will be back on the tax rolls this year sO we get the full amount on taxes. 0 Ihave been busy with exemptions. lalso sent out my second notices for my low income seniors, sO hopefully they will return all exemptions to Every Saturday in the month of.
