Complaints from several of the quarries has been on the increase, mostly concerning dynamiting and increase in truck traffic. Apparently, the town's plans on a local  law to address the quarries hasn' t progressed.  Several projects in the existing flood plain  are on going with the appropriate flood plain management  permits.  Permits issued; 2 permit renewals 2 single family residences 2 demolition permits 3 residential garages 2 foundation repairs
