March 11, 2024  Town of Windsor Board Members:  For the months of February and early part of March, Iwas extremely busy. It's Iwill be sending out some missed deadline notices. 3 people missed the low- Int the month of March and April, Iwill be focused on getting my assessment  always busy for me January, February and March. March 1st is the deadline for all exemptions sO, Iget lots of people in my office before the deadline.  income senior exemption and 2 people missed the Agricultural exemption. Everyone got a work done. Ineed to get all my exemptions and assessment work into the county before the middle of April, since the tentative roll comes out May 1st. Our Equalization Rate went down again for 2024. In 2023 the Eq. rate was 52% and now in 2024 the Eq. rate is 48.9%.  second notice from me back at the end of January.
