Issued appearance ticket to resident with outstanding maintenance violations, resident didn't show up  for the court appearançe.  Was occupied with the final inspections on the town garage to prepare for a certificate of  occupancy and closing out the project.  Ia attended a 2 day session of mandatory training, which was conducted in Ithaca, NY. This was part  of the 26 hour  continuing  training for  certification as a code official.
