The motion was carried unanimously 51 to0.  a. Update on the FY 2021-2 2022 Audit  b. Approval oft the 2024 Holiday Schedule- - Ms. Pitt. Town Administrator  Commissioner Howington moved the motion, Commissioner Bellamy seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously 5 to 0. The approved Holiday Schedule includes Veterans Day, MLK Day, Juneteenth, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and 5. Whitakers Library approval to move forward with two written quotes and one quote not provided. Commissioner Howington moved the motion, Commissioner Pro Tem Lindsey seconded the motion. Citizens Comments and or Concerns  Commissioner Taylor "No"    John Ford, a resident of 402 W. Pippen Street, addressed both the Mayor, the Board of Commissioners, and fellow citizens. He expressed concerns about the presence of coyotes in his neighborhood and highlighted the issue ofconsecutive missed pickups by GFL, encompassing  both trash and recycling services.  9.
