Meise, T.Suttles,  CALL LTOORDER-Mayor Benfield INVOCATION- PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE  APPROVAL OF AGENDA-Motion made by Perkins to approve the agenda; APPROVAL OF DEPARTMENT REPORTS-Motion made by Suttles to approve APPROVAL OF MINUTES- Motion made by Cox to approve minutes; Passed PUBLIC COMMENTS- Mr. Ken Riddick lives at 2690 Helton Dr, he is concerned for his (& his wife) safety due to a dog running at large. His neighbor has a Pit Bull that is coming into his yard acting aggressively, Chief Cox stated that he and the Code Enforcement officer has been working with the pet owner & animal control to get the situation under control.
