Lalonde  Call to Order- Mayor Benfield Invocation- Moment of Silence Pledge of Allegiance  Approval of Agenda- Motion made by Cox; all in favor. Approval of Dept Reports- Motion made by Suttles; all in favor. Approval of Minutes-Motion made by Suttles; all in favor. Town Administrator comments of budget-see attached.  Public Comments-None  Old Business: Police Car Purchase New Business:  Set date for Fire Dept budget retreat  Items for decision:  Police car purchase-Motion made by Perkins to purchse a new car; all in Fire Dept Budget Retreat- Motion made by Helms to meet at 4:30 on  favor  March 3; all in favor    *Asof Jan. 31, we have collected $698,003.93 (78.4%) of the expected revenue $890,283.80) for the year and have spent  $381,145.28 (42.8%) of the budget.  Broken Down:  Admin has spent 54.6%. Police has spent 35.6% . Fire has spent 37.5% PW has spent 40.2%  *Our total revenue collected is up 19% from last year currently. *Our sales tax is up 10% from where we were last year  currently.  *Each department is on budget and does not plan for any  overages
