David Harris forwarded a letter to Mr. Heath and Chairman Nelson requesting that the Board appoint a new member to their Board of Trustees in July 2024. Currently, Wallace Nelson is serving his 4-year term which is due to expire on June 30, 2024, Board action may be required. IX.C.
