Use of the Opioid Settlement Funds to Address the Opioid Crisis  Don Holman, a native of Hertford, North Carolina, is a national advocate and speaker in fighting the Opioid Crisis. In 2017, Don lost his son to opioids, he will speak to his personal experience, his national efforts to impact policy, and the benefit of harm reduction programs such as the proposed Syringe Service Program.  B. NCChild Report report card. Old Business:  Kelvin Stallings, Director of Community Engagement at NC Child will present a overview of the Pasquotank County data card, as well as the overall Child Health  6.  A. Appointments to Boards and Committees appointment to boards and committees:  At the last meeting, the Appointments Committee recommended the following ABC Board - Appoint Samuel John Davis to fill the unexpired term of Tommy Tilley. A copy of his application has been provided to Board members. Since that time, we received an additional application (attached) from Peter Erickson for the Board to consider for the ABC Board. The Board may vote to finalize Mr. Davis' appointment tonight; or recommend Dr. Erickson. If the Board recommends Dr. Erickson, his  appointment would need to lie over for two weeks.  7.
