New Business: A. Designation of Voting Delegate for NCACC Annual Conference The NCACC's 116th Annual Conference Business Session will be held in Wake County on Saturday, August 26, at2 2 pm, with each county entitled to one vote on items that come before the membership, including the election of the NCACC Second Vice President. Each County has the option to select one person to serve B. Approval of Amended Subdivision Plat-T Tanglewood Industrial Park. Section E-1 Staff recommends approval of the amended subdivision plat for Tanglewood Industrial Park, Section E-1. The proposed amended plat would divide a 3 acre commercial lot into two lots that are 1.44 acres and 1.56 acres in size. The plat meets the minimum requirements of the Pasquotank County Subdivision Ordinance. as the voting delegate and one person as an alternate.
