Jail Attached is a copy of an agreement for the County Attorney to provide legal of $30,367 to $42,406. services toi the Albemarle District Jail. E. Approval of Fireworks Permit Requests Attached are two memorandums from Fire Marshall Timmy Chesson regarding requests he received from Dr. Dan Terryberry to do fireworks displays in the Newbegun Land Subdivision on two separate dates. All the required paperwork has been submitted and approved for the permits. Following North Carolina General Statutes, the Board of Commissioners must approve the fireworks displays before the permit can be written. Mr. Chesson recommends approval of the requests. 8. New Business: Maintenance A. Consideration of Petition for Addition of Vineyard Court to the State System for On behalf of the petitioner, Caitlin Spear, Assistant District Engineer for NC Department of Transportation is requesting the attached petition be presented before the Board of Commissioner for review and approval. She said with the repairs being complete, it has been determined that Vineyard Court is in an acceptable state of maintenance to be presented to the Board of Transportation for approval. If the Board recommends approval of the road addition, the Board will need to adopt the attached resolution requesting that the DOT accept the road to B.
