A. Approval of the Agenda (0:28) passed unanimously, 6-0. B. Consent Agenda (0:40)  Vice Mayor Ervin made ar motion to approve the agenda. Council Member Cohen: seconded the motion which  1. Approval of the May 21, 2024, regular and closed session meeting minutes. 2. Approval oft the. June 3, 2024, special meeting minutes. 3. Approval oft the Tax Collection Report fort the period ending April 2024. 4. Approval of Ordinance 2024-013 General Fund Budget Amendment.  5. Approval oft the Fiscal Year 2023-2024. Annual Audit Contract with Ray, Bumgarner, Kingshill, & Assoc., 6. Appointment ofar member to the Alcohol Beverage Control board & Planning Board of Adjustment, and Vice Mayor Ervin made a motion to approve the Consent Agenda. Thet first, Mr. Larry Hopkins, representative from the Woodfin' Water Board, updated the council on accomplishments since newr members were elected. Mr. Walt Brewer inquired about whether new streetlights on electric polls being replaced would be dark: sky compliant, and he also asked that PBOAI members be updated on native plant requirements for the Town of Woodfin. Town manager report - Shannon Tuch, Town Manager  E. - New Business (49:40)  1.P Public Hearing for Budget Ordinance 2024-012: -Sheri Powers, Finance & Budget Director  Mayor McAllister opened the public hearing at 5:55 pm.  There was no public comment.  Mayor McAllister closed the public hearing at 5:56 pm.  Council Member Edgerton made a motion to approve Budget Ordinance 2024-012 adopting the Town of Woodfin's Fiscal Year 2024-2025 annual budget that includes holding the Town's ad valorem tax rate at 33 cents per $100 of property valuation and find thati iti is reasonable, int the publici interest, and is consistent with the Woodfin Together Comprehensive Plan. Vice Mayor Ervin seconded the motion which passed unanimously,  6-0.  2. Street Acceptance Policy-Shannon Tuch, Town Manager 3. Community Center Update-Shannon Tuch, Town Manager  F. Adjournment- passed unanimously, 6-0. McAllister Mayor  Vice Mayor Ervin made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
