Mayor McAllister called the meeting to ordera at 11:40a am.  A. Approval of the Agenda (1:10) passed unanimously, 6-0. B. Consent Agenda (1:31)  Vice Mayor Ervin made a motion to approve the agenda. Council Member Kahn seconded the motion which  1. Approval oft the April 16, 2024, Regular and Closed Session Meeting Minutes.  Vice Mayor Ervin made ar motion to approve the consent agenda. Council Member Kahn seconded the  motion which passed unanimously, 6-0. New Business (3:48)  1. Presentation and discussion regarding FY2025 budget matters. b) Woodfin Blueway Greenway Update Adrienne Isenhower  a) Discussion Overview Sheri Powers  Director Isenhower reviewed the choices for the Silver-Line Park Restrooms and the council voted 4-2to recommend the CXT-Cortex Model. Director Isenhower also gave an update of the Riverside Parks and Taylor's  Wave timeline.  c) Expansion Budget and Fee Schedule -Sheri Powers, Shannon Tuch  D.
