A. Approval of the Agenda (0:28) passed unanimously, 6-0. B. Consent Agenda (0:40)  Vice Mayor Ervin made a motion to approve the agenda. Council Member Kahn seconded the motion which  1. Approval oft the March 19, 2024, Regular and Closed Session Meeting Minutes.  Vice Mayor Ervin made ar motion to approve the consent agenda. Council Member Kahn seconded the  motion which passed unanimously, 6-0. New Business (2:25)  1. Presentation and discussion regarding FY2025 budget matters. b) Woodfin Blueway Greenway Update A Adrienne Isenhower possible ways to cut costs on new restrooms for Silver-Line Park. c) Street Improvement Capital Project Update Adrienne Isenhower d) Stormwater Utility Update Adrienne Isenhower e) 5-year Capital Improvement Plan Sheri Powers  a) Discussion Overview Sheri Powers  The Town Council requested that Director Isenhower gather more details regarding design features and  The Town Council asked Director Powers to provide an estimate for a 4% cost ofl living increase for staff to Director Powers answered clarifying questions asked by Town Council Members regarding the expansion  offset the gapi in COLAI last year.  f) Expansion Budget - Michael Dykes, Sheri Powers, Shannon Tuch  budget.  D. Other Business (1:58:40)  Manager Tuch led a discussion including the future of the Old Craigy Bridge, the possibility of moving local municipal elections to even years, and communication with Woodfin Water to explore their extension of water to the Woodfin Community located west of the river.  1/Page    E.
