Jarvis to consent to the agenda. The motion was seconded by  Commissioner Hairston. Motion carried unanimously.  New Business: Consideration on Approval of Cove Group funds  A motion was made by Commissioner Jarvis to convey authority to the Town Manager and Finance Officertor remit grant funds to the Cove Group upon receiving and reviewing receipts for expenditures onal biannual basis. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Mitchell. Motion carried  unanimously.  1    A motion was made by Commissioner. Jarvis to adjourn the meeting.
