She then requested that Council Mayor Pro Tem Foy made a Motion that Mrs. Thacker receive a receipt from both Mr. Wagoner and Mrs. Hunsucker: fort the insurance premiums paid in January tol Friday Health Care and to gross their wages up by that amount on their next paycheck. Councilman Jones introduced Michael Hodges from A & D Enterprises, to speak on blow off 1 Mr. Michael Hodges, A&D Enterprises, 2975N Motsinger Road: Winston Salem,NC27107, explained the process in which the 50-60 blow-off valves will bel located and serviced. Councilman Jones noted that Yates Construction will be available to help A&D locate the 50-60 blow offvalves if A&D is unable to locate them, however, Yates does not have the time to take Council discussed the process should any valves need to be repaired and the time frame for conducting these blow-offs. WHEREAS the Town is a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of North Carolina and is duly authorized to provide recreational facilities for the benefit ofthe 2. WHEREAS Grantee has recently amended its bylaws to dedicate its assets solely to non- profit purposes, to prohibit any compensation to its Board of Directors, to prohibit self- dealing, to provide for accurate and complete records of the Grantee's funds and other 5. WHEREAS the lighting at the Baseball Fields is old and inefficient, and the poles used in for the lighting are old and becoming increasingly dangerous to those using the Baseball 6. IfGrantee fails to comply with any oft the terms of paragraphs 1,2, 4, or 5, above, and said failure is not cured after a 60 day notice and opportunity to cure, then Grantee will refund to The Town a prorated portion of the funds paid by the Town, based upon the number of full years that Grantee complied with the Agreement as compared to 10 years. For example, if the Grantee complies with the requirements of this agreement for 3 years only, then Grantee would refund to The Town 70% of the amount that The Town paid under this Agreement. 8.
