RESOLUTION TO PEPSI COLA FOR MONETARY DONATION AND COMMITMENT TOTHE TOWN OF SAWMILLS: Mayor Gibbs stated the enclosed resolution was adopted at the December 21, 2010 regular Town Council meeting. No Council action is required. RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF ACTIONS TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF UNWANTED AND HOMELESS ANIMALS IN THE TOWN OF SAWMILLS IN THE TOWN OF SAWMILLS AND CALDWELL COUNTY: Mayor Gibbs stated that Sawmills along with other Municipalities in the County have been asked to adopt the enclosed resolution in support of actions that will help reduce the number of unwanted and homeless animals in the County.
