The Town's Facebook page is intéractive and allows citizens to get information about the Town, ask questions, or just post a comment about the disconnect policy. All were in favor. Town. 1 . FINANCIALMATTERS: PRESENTATION OF FY. 2013-14 BUDGET AND CALL FOR A PUBLIC HEARING: Administrator Eckard presented Council with the FY:2013-2014 Budget, Total budget of: General Fund Budget of: Utility Fund Budget of: Fund Balance Appropriated $2,719,735.00 $1,978,625.00 $741,110.00 $0.00 :. As required by State Law the budget is balanced. The budget includes the current tax rate of .20 (twenty cents) per $100.00 (One hundred Dollar) valuation. The water, sewer and sanitation rates will remain the same.
