ADMINISTRATORS REPORT: Town Administrator Seth Eckard made the following announcements: That Lenoir Councilman Ron Stilwell's arrangements were as follows: the funeral was Thursday, January 22, 2015 beginning at 2:00 pm at the First Baptist Church of Lenoir with the receiving to follow in the Church Fellowship Hall.
