This site is located on 8341 Prince Edward Road, Guilford County Taxi Parcel 164313, approximately 480 west of Green Pond Drive intersection, approximately 5.63 acres. This request is to rezone this property from AG to RS-40. Applicant/Owner: James S Pegram. This property meets the requirement oft the Stokesdale Land Use Plan. The site has a Residential Development land use designation. This designation isi intended to preserve Stokesdale's rural setting by establishing a uniform residential density. Minimum lot size 40,000: square feet. Increase natural buffers along perimeter roads and entrances into major developments. Increase buffers to protect creeks and waterways.
