FINANCIAL MATTERS: AMERICAN LEGION POST 392 DONATION REQUEST: Mayor Joe Wesson stated that the American Legion Post 392 requested a donation in the amount of two hundred Gerelene Blevins made a motion, and Joe Norman seconded, to give a donation in the amount of two hundred dollars ($200.00) to the American Legion Post 392. SAWMILLS ELEMENTARY PTA DONATION REQUEST: Mayor Joe Wesson stated that the Sawmills Elementary PTA requested a donation in the amount of three thousand Gerelene Blevins made a motion, and Reed Lingerfelt seconded, to give a donation in the amount of two hundred dollars ($200.00) to the Sawmills Elementary PTA. DISCUSSION: CALDWELL COUNCIL ON ADOLESCENT HEALTH PRESENTATION: Angie Ashley, Executive Director of Caldwell Council on Adolescent Health, gave a power point presentation to Council. The presentation contained information about the Caldwell Council on Adolescent Health program and what donation dollars are used for. No Council action was needed. Meadows stated that there are fifteen (15) code enforcement cases open: Caldwell Ready Mix Concrete is the owner of an abandoned mobile home and abandoned concrete factory. Owner reported pit being filled in on 1/5/17, and provided pictures oft the closed pit on 1/20/17. Removal of pvc pipe. Case closed; Teresa Annas Compton is the owner of a dilapidated house located at 4476 Sawmills School Road. Final citation notice was sent certified mail on January 3, 2017. Town Administrator Christopher Todd met with owner Teresa Compton and gave her a final deadline of February 3, 2017, upon which $50.00 (fifty dollar) a day fine shall Charles Hagaman, owner of 1940 Leah Drive #4. Mobile home has been removed. Terry Rowe, owner of 4016 and 4017 Cloninger Way. Demolition is complete as of Randall Hamby at 3632 Coble Dairy Road.
