CLOSED SESSION FOR NCGS 143-318.11(a)(6) CONSIDER THE QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCE, PERFORMANCE, CONDITITION OF APPOINTMENT OF A PUBLIC OFFICER OR EMPLOYEE OR PROSPECTIVE PUBLIC OFFICER OR EMPLOYEE: Mayor Johnnie Greene asked for a motion to go Joe Norman made a motion, and Rebecca Johnson seconded, for Council to go into closed session under NCGS 143-318.11(a)6) consider the qualifications, competence, performance, condition of appointment of a public officer or employee or prospective public officer or  into closed session.  employee.
