ADOPT AGENDA: Mayor Johnnie Greene asked for a motion to adopt the agenda. Joe Wesson made ai motion, and Clay Wilson seconded, to adopt the agenda. All were in  favor.  ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION:  Town Manager Chase Winebarger discussed the budget needs for the Fiscal Year  2020/2021.  COUNCIL ADJOURN: Mayor Johnnie Greene asked for a motion to adjourn.
