Manager CALL TO ORDER INVOCATION Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at7 7:02. Thei invocation was given by Councilman Barbour APPROVAL OF AGENDA: Mayor Moore requested the following changes tot the agenda: Remove presentation to outgoing Councilman David Stevens due to his absence. Change to the order in which the Oaths of Office would be administered due to the late Councilman Barbour made ar motion, seconded by Councilman Wood, to approve the agenda as arrival of Judge Rawls. amended.
