Salisbury, North Carolina  March 27,2024  SPECIAL MEETING  PRESENT: Mayor Karen Alexander, Mayor Pro Tem Tamara Sheffield and Council  Member Harry McLaughlin and City Manager Jim Greene.  ABSENT: Council Members David Post and Anthony Smith, City Clerk Connie  Snyder and City Attorney Graham Corriher.  Mayor Karen Alexander and members of City Council attended the Salisbury Tree Board and Community Appearance Commission 2024. Awards Program. The event was held in Council Chambers and began at 6:00 p.m. No action was taken by Council.  Mayor Pro Tem Sheffield gave the invocation.
