Mayor Pro Tem Clay Wilson stated that there was not enough Council members to make a quorum, therefore, the meeting would be adjourned and all Town business would be conducted at the next scheduled Budget Retreat meeting on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, COUNCIL ADJOURN: Mayor Pro Tem Clay Wilson made ai motion, and Rebecca Johnson  beginning at 9:00am.  seconded, to adjourn the meeting.
