INVOCATION: Councilman Bobby Mosteller gave the invocation.  PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Councilman Joe Wesson led the Pledge of Allegiance. FINANCIAL UPDATE: Town Manager Chase Winebarger gave Council an update on the  proposed Fiscal Year 2024/2025 budget. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION:  Finance Officer Kelly Melton stated that staffv would like to reopen the Sam's Club credit card for purchases for the concession stand. First Citizen's credit card for purchases for concession stand products and sports needs, sO the town would not have to go up on the credit limit that had been set in place. Finance Officer Kelly Melton stated that staff would like to add the twenty-five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) back to the Town Manager's First Citizen Credit card, raising the Town's credit limit twenty-five hundred dollars ($2,500.00).
