Town of Robbinsville Special Called Meeting December 19, 2022 Town Hall  A Special Called Meeting was called to order by Mayor Shaun Adams at 1:00 p.m. at the Town Hall on  December19, 2022. Council present: Approval of agenda: New Business:  Kenneth Hyde, Debbie Beasley and M. Ellen Davis-T Town attorney  Kenneth Hyde motioned to approve the agenda. Debbie Beasley seconded the motion. Kenneth Hyde motioned to go into closed session at 1:02 p.m. regarding GS143-318.11(c), (a)3  Debbie Beasley seconded the motion. Closed session decisions: seconded the motion.  Kenneth Hyde motioned to hire Annette Carver for the Finance Officer position. Debbie Beasley Kenneth Hyde motioned to hold a Special Called Meeting, December 22, 2022 at 10 a.m. to discuss  hiring fori the Town Clerk position. Debbie Beasley seconded the motion.
