Motion passed. Finance Update: The Finance Director told the Board that all funds, except the Water/Sewer Maintenance fund, will be within Budget for the 2019-2020 year end Budget. She stated that she has not received the expenses for the Water/Sewer Maintenance Department, sO she is not sure what the final numbers are to date. She recommended that the Maintenance Department supervisor follow the Town's Purchasing Policy. Brian Johnson made a motion to pay out half of the maintenance supervisor's comp hours and to encourage him to take the remaining hours off. The Finance Director will bring a budget amendment to the August 5th, 2020 Board meeting for approval, and the hours will be paid out after that approval.
