Debbie Beasley seconded the motion. Motion passed. Old Business: Town Hall Mold Issue: Mayor Hooper stated that Chadd Carpenter will clean out the basement and mount the dehumidifiers next week. He will coordinate a time with the Finance Director to review any old records for proper disposal. The next step will bet to have the 02 Wizard bringi in the mold machine for the basement. The Finance Director stated that the mobile home has been destroyed and the tax department has Tax Release = Christine Crisp: appropriately adjusted the discoveries and releases. New Business: Mayor Update: Mayor Hooper updated the Board on the NCDOT Corridor K project, which will require water and sewer lines within the Town limits to be relocated. Finance Update: The Finance Director presented the 12/31/2020 Budget VS Actual and explained that the Town has spent $8,697 more than we brought in for the General Fund to date. She stated that the Town will be receiving $87,885 in tax collections from the County in January. And that the Town's revenues have exceeded the The Finance Director presented a summary of the NCGFOA Virtual Conference that she attended expenses fort the Water and Sewer Fund by $131,198 to date.
