The plan is the culmination of extensive research and documentation of existing conditions in the community; a thorough effort to collect input from citizens; and the formulation of goals and objectives regarding priorities for growth and development over the next decade. All such solid waste fees shall be billed to the property owner in the same manner as property taxes, and, in case of nonpayment, shall be collected in any manner by which delinquent personal or real property taxes can be collected. Weather permitting we should conclude regular season and tournament play around Girls' Volleyball -1 This program began its tenth season Wednesday, November 1st with one hundred and forty-five young ladies participating int three different age groups. This program continues to grow as that number represents an approximate 10% increase from last year's Youth Basketball - Registration for this program began Wednesday, November 1st. Election Day - Browder Park will once again be a polling precinct on Tuesday, November 7th. with 105 participants in three different age groups. December 2nd. enrollment.
