PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE A.2. INVOCATION  Moved by Board Member Lawrence and Seconded by Board Member Hill. The motion to approve the minutes of March 25, 2024, was carried with a unanimous vote, 5 voted aye, 0 voted nay (5 voted, 2a absent being Board  B.  a. Previous Planning Board Recommendations  There were two recent rezoning applications approved at the May 7th Town Board meeting. Planning Staff updated the Board ont tracking townhomes and visualizing processes.  b. Other Business Town Attorney's Report  2.  Deputy Town Attorney Catlett noted she is working on finalizing the Planning Board bylaws andr rules of procedure. Mr. Versteegen spoke to the Board regarding a project he intends tob bring to the Board of Commissioners. Board member Hill announced he will step down from the Planning Boardi in May due to a residence  B.3. Other Business  Downtown District- Proposal by Derek Versteegen  relocation outside oft the ETJ.  B.4. Adjournment  Vice-Chair Lawrence made a motion to adjourn and Seconded by Board Member Schwartz. The motion was carried by a unanimous (5-0, 2 absent being Board Member Lowe and Ozan) vote.
