Vote Page 10 of3 Ann McDonald, Preservation Specialist with the State of North Carolina Historic Preservation Office presented an overview of the National Register of Historic places and the Historic Preservation Tax Incentives. She stated the 2019 National register study prepared for the Town of Robbinsville listed six locations as a Historic location: Phillips Motel, Robbinsville Downtown, Snider's Department Store & Bemis Lumber Company, Snider Town, the Hut, and Robbinsville First Baptist Church. These locations are in addition to the locations determined in the 1990 study: Junaluska's Grave and the Courthouse. She provided the Board with a list of National Register Consultants that can determine the cost for1 the Brian Johnson made a motion to approve the Resolution for the Downtown Associate Community Program. Shari told the Board that the Debt Set-off program pull from the customer's NC State income tax refund and lottery winnings. She said the Town has received $5,235.36 to date, and the Town still has outstanding collections balance of $92,357.87 with Debt Set-off.
