Town of Robbinsville Regular Meeting Minutes February 7, 2018 Ar regular Town of Robbinsville Meeting was called to order by Mayor Steve Council present: Brian Johnson, Debbie Beasley, and Shaun Adams Hooper at 5pm at the Town Hall on February 7th 2018. Others present: Ellen Davis Town Attorney, Carol- Graham Star, Claudine Gibson, Brian. Johnson made motion to approve last meeting minutes: Shaun Adams Juanita Colvard Second motion - motion = motion carried. Carrie Stewart's $1.00 raise for passing a physical/chemical class for water plant- Debbie Beasley made motion to give her the raise - Brian Johnson 2nd. Unanimous. Steve shared information from previous meeting about Emma Stinnett stating she had waited months for her deposit refund check - the check was cashed by her back in February 2017. Copy attached. WEX Gas cards will start the first of March. Due to conflict of interest, Brian Johnson didn't vote. Copies attached. Tim Mehaffey (deceased as of meeting date) requested refund of meter instalation/deposit fees. He decided not to proceed with town water. Debbie made motion to refund all fees to Tim Mehaffey/estate- Shaun 2nd, motion- motion carried. Kay Davis- refund of deposit she had paid for someone to transfer water service but they decided not to do SO. Brian made motion to refund deposit back to Kay Steve advised board ref Chadd Carpenter needing a work cell phone due to over whelming calls on his personal cell phone. Shaun made motion to purchase Chadd Brian advised about comp time use. It should be used before any annual or sick time. Brian made motion to change policy/add to personal policy.
