Shaun Adams interrupted stating there is one thing you don't! have on there-the cost of $361,642.71-the Town of Robbinsville can'ta afford that Steve. Steve reminded Shaun that he had been asked to accompany himi to view the Town of Santeetlah's meter system but he had declined. Steve stated that this is just for discussion and grants can be applied for which the Town would only have to match 20%. Steve stated that improvements must be made to the water/sewer system to continue providing these services for those that need it. Zenner Pilot System agreement: seconded. Motion passed unanimously. After discussion, Town Attorney Ellen Davis stated that the Town is currently using a public request form Resolution- Graham County Tax Assessor release/discover real and personal taxes for the Town: Brian. Graham County Tax Assessor/Eller Branch discoveries: The Board reviewed the Graham County Tax Assessor discovery #5738, #5739, #5740 and #5741. Due to an error by the Tax office, the Graham County Tax Assessor recommended the Town to waive the penalties and fees. Brian. The Finance Director presented the November 30th, 2019 Budget VS Actual report to the Board. The Finance Director explained that she mailed a request on December 5, 2019 to request credit card Brian. Johnson made a motion to accept Budget Amendment #6- McGill invoices ($10,064) for assistance provided during the Crown Food Mart fuel spill legal negotiations with the Tallulah Creek Water Plant issue. This Budget Amendment will result in a net decrease of the Water & Sewer Fund Balance. Finance update - Finance Director Sonya Webster: statements requested by Shaun Adams for 2016 and 2017. Page 3 of4 The Finance Director updated the Board on the General Fund Capital Management account. The account income revenue has increased by $450 a month, which will result in a $5,400 annual increase in interest revenue. Fuel purchase: Closed session: The Board discussed ai fuel purchase.
