Town of Robbinsville Emergency Meeting Minutes March 26th, 2020 Town Hall  An Emergency Town of Robbinsville Meeting was called to order by Mayor Steve Hooper at 8:00 AM at the Town Hall on March 26, 2020. Brian. Johnson led the meeting in the Pledge of Allegiance. Mayor Hooper led the meeting inj prayer.  Council present: Brian. Johnson, Debbie Beasley, Shaun. Adams Others present: Sonya Webster, Kevin Hensley  Approval of agenda: New Business: COVID-19 Update: Water Bills:  Brian. Johnson made a motion to approve the Agenda. Debbie Beasley seconded. Vote unanimous. Motion passed.  Mayor Hooper updated the Board on the COVID-19 situation.  Debbie Beasley made a motion to waive all water late fees, credit card fees, and shut-offs for the duration oft the COVID- 19 situation. Shaun Adams seconded the motion. Vote unanimous. Motion passed. Brian Johnson made a motion to send a letter to any business that is required to close during the COVID-19 to explain that they can disconnect the water  to avoid the monthly flat rate. Debbie Beasley seconded. Vote unanimous. Motion passed.  April Meeting: Closed Session: There was no closed: session.  The April 1S, 2020 meeting will be rescheduled for April 22nd, 2020.  Shaun Adams made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:30AM. Debbie Beasley seconded the motion. Motion passed.
