National Opioid Settlement: Debbie Beasley made a motion for the Mayor to sign the Memorandum of Agreement for the Resolution by Graham County fori the Settlement of Opioid Litigation presented by Graham County Finance Director, Becky Garland. Town Hall - Terminix Proposal: Debbie Beasley made a motion to approve 65.48 sick leave carryover hours for new employee, Chris Williams, which he had accumulated during his employment with Graham County.
