Town of Robbinsville September 1, 2021 Town Hall  Public Hearing & Regular Board Meeting Minutes  A Regular Town of Robbinsville Board Meeting and Public Hearing was called to order by Mayor Steve  Hooper at 1:00 PM at the Town Hall on September 1, 2021. Council present: Brian. Johnson, Debbie Beasley, Shaun Adams  Approval of Agenda:  Debbie Beasley made a motion to approve the agenda, with the additional items added - New Business (9) 90 day raise for maintenance employee and (10) Part-time maintenance employee. Brian Johnson  seconded the motion. Vote unanimous. Approval of meeting minutes:  Debbie Beasley made a motion to approve the August 4, 2021 Regular Board meeting minutes. Brian Brian Johnson made a motion to approve the August 12, 2021 Special Board meeting minutes. Debbie Debbie Beasley made a motion to approve the August 31, 2021 Special Board meeting minutes with the Attorney requested changes to removei the paragraphstating the Autofirsommemdatonto: the Board concerning employee timecards, andi replace the paragraph with thei following: Criminal investigationsare planned, conducted and heard in closed session. A representative from Hackney Petroleum addressed the Board. Brian. Johnson made ar motion to close the Public Hearing at: 1:26PM. Debbie Beasley seconded the motion. Vote unanimous. Shaun Adams made a motion to accept the Annexation of Hackney Petroleum. Brian. Johnson seconded  the motion. Vote unanimous. The Attorney will prepare the Ordinance. American Rescue Plan Funds:  The Finance Director announced to the Board that the Town has received $101,505.14 for the first disbursement of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 Grant. She explained the specific spending  requirements for this Grant. She presented a proposal to the Board for their review.  Eller Branch -survey: Tabled.  New Business: Mayor Update: Finance Update:  Mayor Hooper stated that the Town has received the contract for the Sewer line CDBG grant.  The Finance Director presented the. July 31, 2021 Budget VS Actual.  The Finance Director requested the same raise that the current board has given to all other employees when receiving a required Certification. She stated that she just wanted the same consideration that this Board has given to all other employees. The request died with no motion.
